In some cases, someone on FixYourFunnel's team may ask you to add us as a partner on your Keap account. This can be for a couple of different reason's

1. You would like one of our campaign templates

2. You would like someone to review some sort of issue you having been having with your campaign or troubleshooting a campaign set up.

3. You would like FixYourFunnel to implement some sort of custom campaign/strategy set up.

For all of these scenarios the process for adding FixYourFunnel is the same. First you will need FixYourFunnel's partner id which is [email protected]

To add a partner in Keap classic. You will go to your users page and select "add partner"

Then inside of that option you will enter FYF's partner id. Make sure that the admin option is set to YES

For other versions of Keap you will follow a slightly different process.

First you will go into Settings and then find your users option

Inside of that page you will select to add a user. When creating the user you will user FYF's partner id and make sure that both the Admin option is selected and that the Keap partner option is selected

Once those steps are taken our support team will be able to assist you inside of your Keap account. Keep in mind you can always remove our team once we have completed the task you require assistance with. Or you may keep us connected if you would like assistance again at a later date.
