To obtain an Australian number we must first send proof of identity and location to the carrier so that we may obtain a number from the AU. This is a requirement for AU carriers and to obtain mobile numbers with an AU country code.

There are two different ways to approve the identity and location.
1. Business information
2. Personal Information

If choosing to use your personal information we need to validate Name and Address. The documents you can provide for this are as follows:
Name - Government issued id or passport
Address - Utility bill, Tax notice, Rent receipt, Title deed

If you choose to use your business information we need to validate Business Name, Business Address, and Business ID number. The information you can send us to validate that information is as follows:
Business Name - Commercial registry or equivalent
Business Address - Commercial registry, equivalent showing address, Utility bill, Tax notice, Rent receipt, Title deed
Business ID - Commercial registry or equivalent

Any information you send, please make sure that it is not expired. With invoices and statements make sure they are within the last 3 months.

It normally takes 3 business days after we submit the information to our carrier before we hear back on approval. Our team will contact you as soon as that is approved and we have added a number for you.
