How do I use Hotlists

This is how you set up Hotlists, this is a good way to notify Team members, directly in their dialer.

The hot list is part of the dialer and iOS Messenger App, and Android app.Β

The hot list allows you to assign time sensitive tasks to team members, so the first step to using hot lists is to create a team member.

As you can see in the image above each team member has a hot list URL. This is unique to the team member and is where you will post the hot list items. If you're not familiar with HTTP Posts, check out the video with this article.

The HTTP Post name value pairs for the hot list item are as follows:

NOTE: Hot list items are meant to be temporary. If they are not archived or marked as completed within 7 days of being set, they will disappear. We highly recommend placing alarms after the hot list post in campaign builder. Alarms are delayed actions that will occur within a specified time if a goal after the hot list post is not reached before then. I like to have these alarms posted in a public channel in Slack so that there is transparency that a task was not done in the expected time frame, and must be addressed.

Honestly, if you see alarms going off on a regular basis, then either the task is not necessary, the person to whom it was assigned has not been trained properly, or the team member needs to go because they can't perform their duties.
