To create a new team member you will go to the menu in the Left hand corner then go to Settings>Team Members and that will take you to the Team members page. Once on that page you will click up on the +Team Member button near the top right of that page to start to create a new team member. From there you will choose and Infusionsoft User that will be connected to this agent. Then you will enter their name. Then an email for their Username, and then add a password for there Dialer login. Once that is done you have created a new team member. Here is a direct link to that Team Members page. After that you will be able to login to the Messenger/Dialer, you will be able to get to the messenger login page from the team members page. After editing your team members up in the top left you will see a "Access SMS messenger" button that will take you to the login page. Or you can click on the link bellow.
